Pinnacle Studio DV Mobile Review

Pinnacle's Studio DV Mobile combines a PCMCIA card with two IEEE1394 ports and Pinnacle's Studio 8 video editing software. The Firewire ports can of course be used to connect not just a digital camcorder but any other firewire device including external hard disks. There are no analogue connectors for either input or output.

There is very little to say about this product as the hardware part is just a firewire port for laptops that don't have one. The software part, Studio, is already covered in our software reviews.
