Pinnacle Edition Pro

The Pinnacle Edition Pro is not a pure Video Editing Card. We have included it in this section under Professional Video Editing Cards because it's a bit of an unusual product. The card itself is a basic firewire card. You also get an ATI (8500) chipset 64 MB AGP Graphics Card. What however is unusual is that this is the first professional video editing system to use the power of the AGP technology and use the wider bandwidth that the AGP slot has over the traditional PCI slots into which most Professional Video Editing products fit. Bundled with the cards described above is the Pinnacle's Edition 5 software package. This allows you to allocate processing work between the processor and graphics card.
